1. General rule
Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased, whether delivery or provisioning has started, whether third-party costs have already been committed, and any specific terms shown in the applicable quotation, order, invoice or service description. A service-specific written agreement may contain additional or different refund conditions.
2. Services covered
3. Custom development, design and implementation
Fees covering discovery, design, development, configuration, migration, integration, testing or other work already performed are not refundable once that work has been completed. Deposits or advance payments may also become non-refundable when resources have been reserved or work has started.
If a project is cancelled before a future milestone begins, Codory may review the unused portion of the project fee after deducting completed work, committed resources, taxes, gateway charges and non-refundable third-party costs. Any such review is based on the agreed scope and project status.
4. Messaging, telecom and API services
OTP, SMS, WhatsApp, IVR and other messaging services may involve telecom operators, platform providers, route activation, templates, sender configuration, numbers or prepaid usage credits. Amounts already consumed, activated, allocated or paid onward to a provider are non-refundable unless a provider reversal is actually available to Codory.
Delivery behaviour can depend on networks, operator filtering, regulatory requirements, recipient devices and third-party platforms. A message being delayed, filtered or rejected does not automatically create a refund right where the underlying service was provisioned and available.
5. Software, ready products, source code and digital access
Where a downloadable product, source code, theme, license key, software access or other digital item has been supplied, activated or made available, it is normally non-refundable because the digital item cannot practically be returned. If a supplied item is materially defective, Codory should first be given a reasonable opportunity to reproduce and correct the defect.
6. SEO, marketing and professional services
SEO, digital marketing, research, consulting and campaign work are professional services. Fees for work already performed, campaign setup already completed or third-party advertising spend already incurred are non-refundable. Search rankings, advertising approvals, lead volumes, revenue or other commercial outcomes are not guaranteed because they depend on external platforms, competition, budgets, content and customer-side factors.
7. Security and server services
Fees for vulnerability review, security research, DDoS mitigation work, server management, incident response, hardening, monitoring, patching or troubleshooting are non-refundable for time and work already delivered. Security services reduce risk but cannot guarantee that a system will never be attacked, fail or contain a vulnerability.
8. Third-party and pass-through charges
Charges for domains, certificates, cloud resources, messaging providers, paid APIs, software licenses, advertising platforms, payment gateways or other external providers are refundable only to the extent the relevant provider permits and actually returns the amount to Codory.
9. Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe the same payment was captured more than once, or an amount was charged incorrectly, contact Codory with the payment reference. Verified duplicate or erroneous collections will be corrected using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
10. How to request cancellation or a refund review
Send the order or invoice reference, the service name, the reason for the request and relevant evidence through the contact page or customer account. A request does not itself guarantee approval. If a refund is approved, processing time depends on the payment method, bank or payment provider.
11. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Customers should contact Codory first where practical so billing or delivery records can be reviewed. If a payment dispute or chargeback is opened, Codory may provide the payment processor with order records, service logs, communications and other evidence reasonably necessary to respond to the dispute.
12. Changes to this policy
Codory may update this policy as services or operational requirements change. The version published on this page applies from its stated update date, subject to any service-specific agreement and applicable law.
